Wiltshire Air Ambulance 100 Club

What is the 100 Club?

The Wiltshire Air Ambulance is moving to a new base and is looking to raise around £1.2m of the total funding cost of around £5.1m from a group of local businesses who each have pledged to raise £10,000 to donate to the project.

Why have we decided to become a member?

We love the work that we do and feel privileged to be able to work out in some amazing places and in and around some of the country’s best trees, however, our job comes with some inherent risks that relate to this, such as working in isolated locations and hazardous situations like working at height or with potentially dangerous equipment.
At Ridleaves our team considers an emergency plan for those ‘what if’ events every day as part of our risk assessment procedure and one element always considered is, is there a suitable location for an air ambulance if the worst happened?

This service is totally charitably funded at a cost of around £3.25m per year!

We feel that the charity is a hugely vital service for the people of Wiltshire and are excited to be able to contribute in a relatively small way, to a service which has saved and changed the lives of so many people.

How can you help us?

We are planning to carry out a series of events throughout the year to help build momentum behind our fund-raising opportunities.
We will be putting all information of planned and previous events on our social media pages which you can like and share to help us raise the profile and reach of our campaign.

If you wish to get involved in any way, please contact us and we will be only too happy to discuss the opportunities with you.
